The new team member will be focused on providing players and market insights to guide and support the game’s growth and strategic plans. analyzing the gaming market to provide actionable intelligence on targeted competitors and help lead innovative strategies; from a quantitative and qualitative approach and performing ad-hoc research.

The Customer Research Manager will reflect the voice of the player using various research methods (quantitative and qualitative) such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, and social listening for the product, customer support, economy, VIP, and monetization units. findings will be presented to internal stakeholders and deliver structured reports.

In addition, the Customer Research Manager will track and analyze the category and competitor’s performance in order to extract market intelligence insights. 

  • Design and perform a statistical analysis of surveys – from brief to conclusions and recommendations
  • Design, moderate and analyze focus groups, interviews, and playtests
  • Monitoring and analyzing the gaming market
  • Presenting reports to all levels of management
  • Work with a wide range of internal stakeholders 
  • Academic background (at least BA or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a market research related role, including high proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional numerical and analytical skills, and
  • A demonstrated ability to develop clear executive-level presentations
  • Self-motivated and a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Experience with database analysis: Excel, SPSS
  • Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
