Business Unit Supply Chain Account Lead

Job Description

The CCG Account Lead role is a leadership position that requires you to be a champion for both the Business Unit(s) supported and GSCO (Global Supply Chain Operations) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for working with CCG, Network Platform Group (NPG) and Cloud Enterprise Solution Group (CESG) business units (BU) to develop a clear understanding of BU roadmap, strategies, and priorities to collaboratively develop solutions that bring a supply chain advantage for enabled markets and externally outsourced manufacturing needs while supporting BUs within Intel's procurement guardrails.


As the Business Unit  Supply Chain Account Lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Fully comprehend your Business Unit's strategy, roadmap direction, supply chain needs, and challenges.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Intel's external manufacturing capabilities around Foundry, Assembly, Test, Systems, Boards, Memory, and Components.
  • Working with respective business units (BU) partners to develop a clear understanding of BU strategies to collaboratively develop priorities that bring a supply chain advantage for enabled markets and externally outsourced manufacturing needs in the following areas: optimized resource model, cost, quality, availability, technology, and sustainability.
  • Ensuring the right structures are in place between the BU and respective ESM groups to ensure execution against aligned priorities is successful.
  • Help develop and ensure execution of key systems and processes.
  • Lead Market Intelligence efforts; Manage and Orchestrate across the group, identify actions to take
  • Coordinate and execute operational metrics, BU reviews, and comms
  • Drive effective meetings and structure to manage across ESM, PMSO, CPLG, and BU
  • Drive staff and topical meetings, create and publish agendas and minutes; record, communicate and manage ARs.
  • Comprehend business needs, supply chain capabilities, assess risks, and drive team tradeoffs to achieve win-win results.
  • Influence at all levels of the org and manage multiple stakeholders across functions and organizations to drive results through alignment to strategic direction and execution to plan.
  • Analyze complex sets of data with due diligence and challenge the conclusions of others.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering or a related field of study.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain management, manufacturing supply chain and commercial management.
  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain
  • Leadership in conflict and escalation management experience.
