  • Account Management Support
  • Keep Account Director and colleagues informed of client status and new opportunities as presented
  • Be aware of sales opportunities & and accurately manage the client pipeline
  • Provide support at client presentations
  • Makes decisions in consultation with Account Director and in line with team and company objectives
  • Ensure your client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new products
  • Relationship Management
  • Coordinate accurate communication between the delivery team and the client(s) before, during and after campaign
  • Accurately identify customer requirements and expectations, and adapt the client service strategy appropriately
  • Maintain effective inter-team relationships with stakeholders across the Products, Delivery and Media teams to ensure effective communication is maintained across the business
  • Campaign Management and Optimization
  • End to end responsibility for campaign set up, reporting and optimization across the client portfolio, including effective communication between the Client, the Account Manager, and Delivery Team
  • Optimize and develop campaigns to target, budget, profit margin and performance goals
  • Improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers internally as well as externally
  • Validate campaign adjustments & work to minimize billing discrepancies
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues
  • Update Account Director on current Amobee capabilities and identify future campaign opportunities across the Product suite
  • Reporting on live campaigns, carrying out campaign performance analysis
  • Platform Support
  • Provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of post sales activities to ensure customer success
  • Responsible for the technical implementation and on-boarding of accounts to ensure they are successful in deploying Amobee’s Data Management Platform.
  • Development and management of technical design documents, project scope documents, and issues lists.
  • Integrate customer internal systems and applications with Amobee’s Data Management Platform utilizing various interfacing methods (API, Batch, Server to Server, Pixel based)
  • Act as primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of clients and partners, addressing technical challenges or product related questions
  • Educate clients on how new and existing Amobee product features and functionalities can contribute to their business models
  • Supporting Sales and Sales Engineers with technical requirements development
  • Monitor technical configuration to ensure optimal performance and usage of Amobee product stack
  • Coordinate and conduct regular tactical and technical operations reviews with client teams
  • Develop technical expertise in platform, industry and process knowledge as it relates to Amobee’s products and services
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to build relationships with influencers and business contacts
  • Advocate product enhancement requests to internal Product Management and Engineering Teams.
  • Accurately identify, reproduce, and document software defects and customer-requested product enhancements in the appropriate tracking system.
  • Assist in product trainings and perform Quarterly Business reviews with clients in support of Account Management Organization
  • Internal: Account Servicing Team, Operator Data Team, Platform/Product Team, and Sales Team
  • External: Direct Clients
  • Bachelors in a technology, analytical or quantitative discipline is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting role
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with data management platforms (DMPs) & related technologies (Web Services, RDBMS, Hadoop, Spark, D/W), Database querying languages and JavaScript
  • Advanced knowledge of display advertising exchanges, behavioral targeting, and performance-based optimization strongly preferred
  • Ability to match product capabilities with a client’s business requirements
  • Strong communication and analytical skills necessary to negotiate with internal and client stakeholders
  • Previous experience establishing, managing and maintaining strong customer relationships and handling sensitive customer issues
  • Interact effectively and confidently with client and internal executives
  • Excellent Project Management experience, including managing projects across organizations
  • Ability to respond to high impact, high-profile clients’ product needs in a way that drives customer delight
