HQS is seeking an experienced PCB Layout Design engineer to join our hardworking team of engineers, technicians, and physicists at Honeywell Quantum Solutions in our Broomfield, CO location. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of PCB layout and routing techniques and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
·Designing Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and generating manufacturing/assembly drawings in PCB layout tools
·Managing component library and creating new symbols and footprints
YOU MUST HAVE:
·Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field, such as electrical, computer, or electronics
·3+ years’ experience in an engineering or R&D environment
·Minimum 1+ years of hands on experience with PCB layout tools, especially Altium PCB Designer and Draftsman
·Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Honeywell. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
·Strong RF, digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuitry layout and routing skills
·Component symbol and footprint creation and library management experience
·Experience preparing manufacturing and assembly drawings
·Knowledge in PCB design, manufacturing, and materials per industry standards (IPC)
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Self-Starter willing to learn and apply new software and hardware skills

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $60,200- $75,300
