Facebook Reality Labs is seeking a Campaign Manager, Media responsible for the end-to-end execution and management of Media campaigns for the App Store. The ideal candidate will be an expert on content initiatives that drive user engagement with a proven track-record of launching content campaigns. These include content launches, editorial moments, and new trends in a digital platform. Background in digital apps, streaming content, or entertainment with strong operational and analytical sense are required. We’re looking for someone with systems thinking who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, hard deadlines and to work collaboratively with cross functional and global partners.
Lead Media campaigns that include a tactical editorial and merchandising strategy to achieve engagement goals
Ensure that the campaign's goals, assets, timelines, and budgets are adhered to
Own management of promotional events, scale and execute on existing plans, and quality assurance of events
Monitor, report, analyze and iterate on results from programming campaigns
Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs and provide solutions to challenges that both clients and our team face on a regular basis
Participate in meetings, brainstorms, and planning sessions with our clients on a global and local level
3+ years of experience in project or program management, or campaign execution
Experience with technical foundations of digital content distribution
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking deliverables
Experience integrating cross functional team requirements into campaigns
Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Experience with analytics and problem solving
Experience with an ad agency, content or editorial team
Experience with virtual reality
