PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The EMEA South One Movement Leader is responsible, together with the RVP Cloud Core Solutions and the extended regional support teams, on achieving the top and bottom-line results for the One Movement Program across all market units in EMEA South. The lead is expected to ensure that strategic plans are built and executed against so that software pipeline is sufficient to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets.
The mission is superior customer experience and adoption through clarity, coordination, value, development and delivery.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The One Movement Leader is required to set the strategic priorities and define the Region-specific MOVE GTM/strategy based on the Global provided content and ensure that execution is in-line with the strategic plan. The lead oversees the creation and execution of EMEA South specific S/4 and collaborating LOBs Movement Program activities that comprise all required stakeholders and work streams, and leverages support from the Global MOVE team proactively.
• Forming of a regional MOVE Core/SWAT team to ensure alignment and collaboration within the Regional Functions (Sales, Services, Partner Management, Marketing, ICA) and with the MUs
• Acting as the MOVE ambassador and sponsor for customers and partners in the Region
• Adjustment / adaption / enrichment of SAP One Movement assets to regional / local specifics
• Roll-out and execution of SAP One Movement assets, initiatives and approaches
• Feedback Loop (customer, partner, other SAP stakeholder in Region / MU)
• Extended user group engagement
• Maintaining oversight and reporting on the progress of MOVE (pipeline, top opportunities, ...)
• Curating and managing the continuous sharing of best practices within the Region and exchange with the Global and/or other Regions.
• Driving demand generation, planning & execution together with the regional RISE and the LOB Business Development Teams
Also, as a part of the operations related responsibilities, the One Movement Leader drives standard sales operating processes, including, but not limited to, forecast, pipeline development, account planning, territory planning processes and ensures high performing sales team through adoption of the sales franchise.
