This Virtual Customer Engagement Practice (VCEP) is a team that drives a global, outcomes focused CE&X Front Engagement model to drive customer success at scale. We have two distinct motions: Proactive vCSP Outreach & Tech Touch.

The VCEP is looking for a Digital Scale Specialist. The Digital Scale Specialist will work with the Virtual CSP (vCSP) regional leaders around the globe and the Digital Scale team to support the expansion of the Virtual Customer Engagement Practice in pursuit of driving customer success at scale. The Digital Scale specialist is responsible for vCSP tooling and system requirements for vCSP; vCSP enablement and identifying areas of improvement aligned to changing Go-To-Market and technology enhancements. They are responsible for planning and executing on  technology enhancements or new platforms.

The ideal candidate has an interest in digital technology, customer success, project management, time management, and technical aptitude. We’re looking for someone who is energized by contributing to continuous process improvement, and enjoys the excitement of something new!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technology optimization of vCSP organization
  • Document user and provisioning guides for new hires
  • Contribute to an ongoing enablement of internal stakeholders as it relates to digital motion and platforms
  • Enablement session delivery including regular office hours for vCSP
  • Manage intake of new business requirements from global VCEP teams
  • Collaboration with tooling and technology teams and other internal global resources
  • Project manage new tooling enhancements or platforms
  • Own delivery of post-sale productivity tools – like Outreach.io
  • Deliver communication strategy for important tooling updates
  • Provide Customer Success Platform Expertise
  • Analyze performance & optimize programs to maximize customer engagement
  • Deliver regular updates to business on regional performance & make recommendations on productivity optimization
  • Represent the Digital Scale team to other internal Customer Success organizations seeking digital engagement tools

Required Skills:

  • Strong business acumen
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be able to use data to present insights, evaluate engagement and make recommendations.
  • Must be able to understand, critique and give feedback on good content design & delivery methods
  • Demonstrated experience developing, executing and evaluating campaigns
  • Understanding of Customer Success Platforms
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Possesses a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or a related field of study
  • Nice to have – PMP certification
