Overview

Come join Intuit’s Platform Acceleration Group as a Principal Technical Program Manager for Big Bet One. Big Bet One at Intuit is our company-wide effort to revolutionize speed to benefit. By building upon our technology platform to become an “AI-driven expert platform,” we will solve the most pressing customer problems faster and deliver awesome experiences. As a technical program for this big bet, you will help drive clarity among chaos and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity to deliver against this most strategic commitment for the company.

What you'll bring

  • Strong Program Management team leadership experience leading multiple complex and technical software-as-a-service (Saas) development projects.
  • Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations.
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and demonstrated ability to partner with senior engineering leaders, architects, and development teams on complex technology programs.
  • Track record of a proactive, self-starter that can work autonomously and thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.

How you will lead

  • Drive clarity of program outcomes and plans that accelerate both business and technology platform goals within a fast-paced, highly-matrixed organization with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Build relationships and trust with key stakeholders in executive teams, product, business operations, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive outcomes despite competing priorities.
  • Partner with our Intuit-wide business operations leaders to ensure we stay close and can provide timely and accurate reporting and processes aligned to input goal and unified planning mechanics.
  • Lead executive reporting for key op mechs including CTO deep dives, OIGR, Board Reviews; includes alignment with dashboard and reporting teams in the broader Platform Acceleration Group.
  • Influence business operations and other cross-functional teams to drive strategic changes to improve reporting and planning aligned to delivering our customer benefit for Big Bet One.
  • Operate a complex, highly matrixed program to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams, including both building platform capability and adoption.
  • Communicate program progress effectively across the organization and at all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and escalations.
  • Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure through clear communication and escalations as required.
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently.
  • Work well with others when conflicts arise, and influence others to work towards outcomes.
