Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and architecture for laser-based products
Lead the integration of laser components into larger systems, ensuring compatibility, performance, and reliability
Work closely with multidiscipline engineers to integrate laser drivers, control systems, packaging, and safety features into overall system designs
Testing and Validation: develop test plans to validate laser system performance, including stability, reliability, and safety
Risk Management: Identify and assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions
Documentation and Reporting: create and maintain accurate documentation and records. Including system architecture, specifications, test procedures, and user manuals
Requirements
BSc / MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering or similar
Proven experience in system engineering, preferably involving laser-based products
Experience in optoelectrical system design, integration, characterization, and testing equipment
Proficiency in system monitoring and management tools (MS project etc.)
Familiarity with system engineering methodology
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
