Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team and global partners, delivering differentiated demos and workshops to technical audiences, utilizing your understanding of SQream's value proposition and technical capabilities.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging directly with customers at various levels. From discovery to demonstrations and hands-on labs, your strong communication and technical skills enable clients and partners to appreciate and visualize how SQream can solve specific data bottlenecks and drive significant efficiencies within their organizations.
  • Solution Architecture: Consult with clients and partners to design scalable and innovative solutions leveraging SQream (both on premise and cloud) using your expertise in Big Data and Analytics architecture, effectively addressing customer challenges.
  • Proof-of-Concepts: Lead POC processes, identify and manage the POC KPI’s and scope from a technical perspective.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical sales roles, focusing on Big Data and Analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases. Vast experience in data models and data modeling.
  • Experience working for a company selling sophisticated data-centric software such as business intelligence software, data visualization software, relational database management systems, data integration and/or ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to support complex sales cycles and drive technical conversations.
  • Track record of success in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong active-listening skills and excellent presentation abilities, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture principles, with experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Broad technical skills across software, hardware, and systems development.
  • Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and related analytics frameworks.
  • Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and conferences (up to 50%).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
