Role Responsibilities:
- Define and guide the framework, governance, and execution of transformation initiatives to enable the optimization of fraud mitigation and client impact.
- Guide and support the team by developing strong change management routines and operational excellence rigor.
- Act as a strategic "heavy hitter" and work across organizational lines to drive high impact initiatives.
- You will also directly engage with Fraud, Product, Payments and Technology leaders and executives to organize the team and ensure critical executive-level deliverables are met.
- Coordinate across Fraud Strategic Enablement to ensure risk assessments and key deliverables for high impact new product innovations are delivered successfully.
