JOB DESCRIPTION

As a hereat Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and supervise a FieldService Engineering team for the Automation and Fire organization. Your strongleadership skills will be instrumental in improving team performance anddriving success in your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role inidentifying new opportunities for market penetration, deploying the teameffectively, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with multiplefactions to prevent and resolve customer problems, while also exploringadditional revenue-generating opportunities. Your expertise in metric reportingprocedures will enable you to drive improvements and take ownership offinancial metrics, targets, and budgets. You will be responsible for ensuringquick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities that arise. As amentor, you will define team expectations and effectively communicate them tostakeholders. Your role will also involve training and developing futuremanagers, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and providing solutions to any issues that may arise
  • Enhance service levels by identifying opportunities for system upgrades, spotting service needs, and maintenance contract additions
  • Ensure the teams delivery of services are on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Provide feedback to technicians based on performance metrics, customer satisfaction, profitability, and process compliance
  • Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials while controlling inventory
  • Lead, manage, and implement policy compliance, processes, protocols, service tools, and best business practices
  • Control contract renewal opportunities or contract escalations as needed
  • Participate in Risk Reviews prior to job quotes to ensure labor estimated are correct and the work is within scope and achievable
  • Develop relationships with local sub-contractors to ensure resources are available as needed
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, and continuous improvement
  • Deliver Annual operating plan monthly, quarterly, and annually to leadership

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in field service leadership, project management or business operations role
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • High School/Equivalent diploma
WE VALUE
  • 3+ years of experience within the construction or field service industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in controls, mechanical, fire and security industry.
  • Experience with a P&L.
  • Experience dealing with customer satisfaction (growth and problem resolution).
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team.
