- Work with cross-functional teams to drive actionable change and align everyone’s understanding of our customers
- Use a wide range of generative and evaluative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, quantitative analytics, and more
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and analysts to mentor and/or partner on research initiatives
- Bring a user-centered approach to projects of all shapes and sizes--including usability improvements, brand new experiences, understanding new markets, and everything in between
- Build our teams’ abilities to run effective research on their own and learn from past research insights
- 3-5 years of professional UX research experience
- Background working with cross-functional, agile product teams
- Proven track record of research findings impacting change
- Experience using varied research methods and knowing when and how to apply them
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence
