Staff Software Engineer leads and directs in large-scale, complex, cross-functional
projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical reviewing and analyzing information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible
root cause); directing actions as designated in the plan. group of engineers and data scientists, working in an agile group to solve month with our high-performance ad servers. We build smart data systems that
ingest, model, analyze and optimize the massive flow of data from online and store
user activity and transactions. We use cutting edge machine learning, data mining build the next generation omni-advertising platforms to deliver performance and
value at scale. A successful person in this role will own major components of the

Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and
8+ years of experience
Experience in AdTech and/or Search is a must time serving

Experience designing and implementing end to end complex data pipelines on public cloud and ensuring reliability, scalability and monitoring.

6+ years of experience in building and managing large scale distributed,
scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Java or another object-oriented language,
Spring, No SQL Exposure to data science and machine learning techniques
Strong communication and leadership skills
Exceptional analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
