Key Qualifications
- Experience building and working with Voice Platforms and Voice browsers for IVR Experience in design & development of IVR applications using VoiceXML
- Hands-on experience with ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) and STT (Speech To Text) Knowledge of Genesys GVP, and other Genesys Software suite will be a major plus Experience in large enterprise & global engineering, development and support
- AWS and/or any other Cloud solutions experience will be an added advantage
Description
This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement technology vision and build Conversational Voice solutions end to end for the future. The role requires candidate with a strong technical background in IVR Platform and application development, and have experience creating solutions to build and host IVR Platform and applications.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree as required, pref IT related
