Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of technical engineering experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of technical engineering experience
  • OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years of technical engineering experience
  • OR Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing firmware, Reliability, Availability and Serviceability(RAS) and software solutionsforEnterprise/Cloud Server hardware.
• 5+ years of experience in C, Python Programming.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in Computer Architecture, embedded systems, and design develop and validation principles.
• Experience designing and developing Firmware and software solutions to improve System Reliability, Availability and Serviceability(RAS).
• Technical Leader in Industry with experience in Enterprise/Cloud Server hardware architecture, Familiarity Industry standard specifications i.e.,Peripheral Component Interconnect Express(PCIe),Advanced Configuration and Power Interface(ACPI) andRedfish.
• Experienced in leading debugging complex system level issues and providing recommendations on potential fixes/tradeoffs to meet the business needs.
• Enjoys new technological challenges and able to deal with ambiguity.
• Effective technical communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with cross-functional technical teams within and/or outside of the organization.
