JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities. You will personally drive the generation and execution of License opportunities to meet SRO, AOP and STRAP revenue/margin commitments. · Become an integral part of the team by managing, developing, and implementing software licensing strategies to realize software business growth.
· Develop a good understanding of AIDC customers and their needs, markets, and players, with special focus on channel strategies for all software products, working closely with the offering managers and engineering.
· Develop and grow a portfolio of IP licenses including adjacency, end-of-life, whitespace re-capture and other new applications of Honeywell Vision Solutions.

· Main Areas of activity include

  • Influencing Customers, Internal Stakeholders, and Project Management on licensing schemes
  • Provide software packages along with licensing entitlements.
  • Managing customer trail programs end to end, including product security.
  • Provide reports on software license usages for sales and audits.
  • Proactive management of legacy products, licenses, and customers
  • Provide recommendations for process and product improvement.
  • Drive a consistent licensing framework to methodically cultivate and growth licensing strategies.

· Bachelor's degree
· 5+ year of work experience, preferability with software/software industry · Previous licensing management experience (generating, lifecycle management, etc.) is highly preferred
· Experience with Flexera and Zuora is preferred
· Business acumen - emerging from a basic understanding of business dimensions in technology / industrial companies
· Agility to handle multiple, unrelated workstreams in a typical day such as by prioritizing for efficiency and efficacy; tracking and working through details
· Set high expectations by being the go-to person for others, accepting feedback with humility, and delivering on commitments consistently
· Curiosity to understand, learn, re-examine and remember by observing, reading, critical thinking and asking questions
· Overcome setbacks creatively / persistently to get things done in a timely fashion
· Advanced skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Very high comfort with numbers / simple excel models
· Grasp the intent of basic contractual terms and be confident to meet with 3rd parties over tele-conference calls
· Day-to-day decision-making, based on available / reliable information, insights, and Honeywell standards
· Basic understanding of AIDC platforms, products, verticals, and markets desirable
· Communication skills to collaborate, problem-solve, influence and get things done from remote, cross-functional stakeholders working across time zones & cultures
