As the Senior Sales Program Manager, reporting to the CRO Chief of Staff and as part of an intimate group of members that are in the close cycle of the CRO you will provide strategic operational services to key areas.

As a Senior Sales Program Manager in JFrog you will...
  • Develop and manage strategic programs and short-term projects in alignment with company growth goals.
  • Manage programs to achieve company goals through collaboration with key stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Partners and Channels, Learning & Development, Marketing, etc.
  • Support Operations management for Sales and sales-related conferences, events, offsites, and other global and local initiatives.
  • Operate and support budget management, expensing, and procurement processes across the team.
  • Manage the protocols and processes of Program Management for the revenue organization developing and executing plans.
  • Coordinate and track progress. Evaluate overall program success and deliver progress reports.
  • Managed sales enablement programs, including onboarding programs and sales excellence.
  • Support additional Global sales-related projects as needed.
  • Drive sales excellence initiatives, proposing improvements to the business to increase effectiveness and sales productivity.
To be a Senior Sales Program Manager in JFrog you need...
  • 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management or related roles.
  • 5+ years of process improvement experience.
  • Excellent organizational, time and priorities management and execution skills.
  • Outcome-oriented, self-starter, and problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing internal and external stakeholders, acting as a “connector” across teams to lead and complete tasks and programs.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend business requirements and define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet them
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient skills with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SFDC, Clickup, and Canva is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work outside normal business working hours as needed.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $150,000 to $170,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
