Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Global Authentication business vision and strategy to drive growth and transform the future of ecommerce.

  • Build and share a vision that identifies new opportunities, drive alignment around those and energize the organization around the future

  • Foresee upcoming challenges, proactively addresses issues and drive rigorous execution to bring the strategy to life.

  • Drive performance against Authentication P&L levers influencing revenue across the business.

  • Drive the Global Authentication strategy through authentication reach, process, technology, operations/facilities, SLA’s/shipping, collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the customer is at the center of the strategy and user experience.

  • Build meaningful strategic partnerships with GM’s across focused categories to enable outstanding experiences for eBay buyers and sellers.

  • Partner with customer service and support teams to create global support programs.

  • Build a strong organization, drive strong associate engagement and oversee team’s performance on key metrics.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

  • Experience as a leader of complex operational business or General Manager in an online marketplace, digital platform, or retail environment.

  • Experienced senior leader in supply chain, distribution fulfillment and/or operation centers.

  • Broad functional skill-set with proven success in multi-disciplinary leadership including operations, product, shipping/logistics and P&L leadership.

  • Excellent decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives.

  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information where you may have ambiguity and need to use data to meet deliverables and drive initiatives to completion within specified timelines.

  • Prior experience successfully leading and inspiring diverse teams.

  • Established relationships with key industry players and partners.

  • Experienced at influencing and negotiating with third parties in complex deals.

  • Ability to establish, drive alignment on and deliver on execution focused, growth-oriented and customer-centric set of key KPIs.

  • Deep insight into e-commerce distribution and fulfillment (luxury brand experience a plus)

  • Ability to develop strong cultures, lead groups of individuals effectively, and manage cross-functional coordination.

  • Peerless communication and presentation skills, adroit at communicating simply and effectively in large or small group settings.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$184,000 - $312,400
