The salary for this position is ($36,000-54,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
Key Responsibilities - Perform tests on equipment and escalate issues found accordingly
- Verify system functionality and report out accordingly
- Promote, build, and maintain good customer relationships while keeping supervisor informed of system status and actual/potential customer issues
- Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations
- Proper use of safety personal protection equipment
- Security and other clearances as required by customer
YOU MUST HAVE - High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- 6+ month of related experience or school equivalent.
WE VALUE - Previous industry experience
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to follow instructions
- Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate
- NICET 1 certification or F card is valued.
