Responsibilities
  • Set our strategy.Defining our core priorities will be key to gaining broad scale buy-in to set the direction of ourmarketing motionsacross web and mobile channels. You will need to be able toshowcaseanalytical skills and strategic thinking to drive business direction, coupled withcommunication. You will also need to deeply understand how the market and digital marketing landscape are evolving, building strategies to capitalize on those changes.
  • Identifygrowth opportunities.We are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve our marketing programs and customer journeys. You will need to build a firm understanding of our marketing funnel across web and mobile channels andidentifyopportunities for improvement via data-driven analysis, benchmarking, and a knowledge ofbestpractices.
  • Test and innovate.With identified growth opportunities in hand,you willprovide guidance and prioritization to partner teams to execute tests to prove growth opportunities and then drive proven innovations at scale.
  • Build partnerships.To be successful,you’llneed to understand and influence a broad stakeholder group across web, commerce, integrated marketing, finance, and data analytics teams.
  • Drive business results.Understanding our day-to-day performance at both a granular andhigh levelis critical. To be successful, you willprovideongoing insights into the marketing funnel performance of our web and mobile channels through our regular business rhythms andleveragethese insights in partnership with our analytics teams to drive opportunity analysis that will allow us to change the trajectory of the business.
