What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
- Owning and achieving quarterly targets; driving customer growth in revenue and retention.
- Manage Ukrainian team of Key Account and Customer Success Managers, driving high performance, growth mindset, high level of engagement and professional development.
- Develop and execute GTM plans to grow and expand customer share of wallet, increasing stickiness and loyalty.
- Drive efficiencies, productivity of the team and tracking in the whole managed customer portfolio.
- Optimize collaboration and efficiencies with the sales team to maximize customers growth and to retention.
- Optimize collaboration with Operations, to make sure, that your team is focused on growth, not on problem solving.
Have you got this kind of stuff?
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management, with at least 2 years demonstrative experience in team management.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
- Ability to manage a high performing team and to influence internal stakeholders
- Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking to promptly convert analysis into action
- Resilience, ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
Not a Must But a Great Advantage
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
- Familiarity with the B2B and SMB/SME Customer Segment
- Experience working and excelling at high growth, international company with diverse culture
