Job Description
The selected person will be aProcess Control Solutions Engineerworking in ourduties :
and solve key product challenges, and ramp HVM at advanced nodes
Coordinate customer solutions developmentmanage project implementation,and division development cycle to meet customerchallenges.
Develop and drivecreation andimplementation of unique solutions and use cases to solve critical problems usingMACH’s full suite of solutions and workingtogetherwith our divisions and customers.
Interface withseniorlevel technical personnel at customer sites, as well as KLA-Tencormanagement teamto develop or enhance current and new KLA-Tencor products and solutionsalong with long term customer success
Work as a team withmultiple divisionsmarketing, technical directors and Apps to define/execute customer project plans and deliver the results.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning functional area and/or customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience withtherunning and implementation of programs at a seniormanagementlevel.
PhD in Science/Engineering discipline and 15years of experience at advancedsemiconductorcustomer
Extensive experience in fab process,patterning and integration
Experience with problem solving techniquesand driving improvement with combined teams
Experience leading cross functional teams to meet key objectives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with project management both internal and external
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate (Academic) with at least 7 years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree with at least 8 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 10 years of experience.
