Social Media Lead to

Social Media Lead - Cloud and Industrybe responsible for managing the social media strategy and calendar for Industry, Cloud, and Edu. This lead will partner closely across the other social leads and provide guidance as to what should be shared for regional audiences across Cloud, Industry, and Edu.


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Social channel management in corporate setting
  • Comfortable presenting to senior-level leadership
  • Previous agency experience
  • Familiar with Sprinklr and other social media tools.
  • Experience managing complex editorial calendars.
  • Possesses a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing the audience's needs.
  • Experience in project management, navigating varying priorities, tight timelines, organizational alignment, measurement, and accountability.
  • Natural leadership qualities, capable of helping, educating, and influencing stakeholders, vendors, and agencies.
  • Skilled in collaborating with senior executives.
  • Possess storytelling, creative, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity with persistent drive, guiding workgroups towards consensus and meaningful outcomes.
  • Possess an enthusiasm for solving complex business challenges, remaining optimistic and motivating teams to stay focused throughout the process.
  • Ability to operate and prioritize effectively in a highly collaborative environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the channel strategy, editorial calendar, and briefing in social creative for the channels.
  • Manage creative feedback on social assets across Microsoft Cloud, Industry, and Edu.
  • Represent Cloud, Industry, and Edu in v-team efforts and across monthly business reviews.
  • Integrate across multiple marketing groups and product teams to keep a pulse on upcoming moments, news, and product updates that will be relevant and should be shared with the community.
  • Manage vendor resources who support the Cloud, Industry, and Edu ecosystem and manage agency relationships with Edu agencies of record.
